Refunds policy

Satisfaction guarantee and refund process for our digital products.

7-day guarantee

Every digital product — courses, e-books, and guides — includes an unconditional 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase. If within that window you decide the product is not for you, you have the right to request a 100% refund of the amount paid, with no justification required.

This guarantee applies to the first purchase of each product and is aligned with the right of withdrawal recognized by applicable e-commerce law and by the Hotmart platform itself.

How to request a refund

Since sales are processed through Hotmart, refund requests are handled directly on their platform:

  1. Sign in to your buyer account at hotmart.com.
  2. Go to My purchases and select the product.
  3. Click Request refund and complete the form.
  4. Hotmart will return the funds to the original payment method.

The crediting period depends on your payment method and country: typically 5 to 30 business days. If you have trouble with the process or get no response, write to negocios@richardsuarezu.com and we will help escalate the case.

After 7 days

Beyond the guarantee window we do not process refunds for dissatisfaction, but we evaluate case by case incidents related to persistent technical issues — inability to access content, irreplaceable corrupt files — provided they are reported within a reasonable timeframe.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago without prior report of a technical issue.
  • Products fully consumed and downloaded before the request, when the request offers no reasonable evidence of dissatisfaction.
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions: the guarantee covers each renewal independently and does not accumulate.

Access after refund

Once a refund is approved, Hotmart suspends your access to the product's content. We ask that you delete any downloaded copies on your devices.

Promotions and bundles

For launches, time-limited discounts, or bundles, the same 7-day guarantee applies to the total amount actually paid. If you bought a bundle and only want to return part of it, contact us: we review case by case.
